Every 6-9 kW heater and half-to-one-HP chiller is sized against the house meter and the standby set alike: its own breaker, a 30 mA ELCB, a soft-starting compressor and a 60-second delay before anything restarts after an outage.
Frame, 50 mm rockwool, an aluminium foil vapour barrier, a 20 mm ventilated cavity, then cedar or thermowood over the top. Skip the foil or the cavity and you'll find mould behind the lining inside two or three years.
Titanium heat exchangers, coated condenser coils and 316 stainless fittings go on any plunge chiller headed for Batakan, Manggar or the Klandasan waterfront.
600-900 mm panels join on cam-locks, the floor deck lifts out in one piece and the heater runs off a 32 A industrial plug: a day to strip it out, one to two more to stand it up again.

How long do materials actually take to reach Balikpapan from Java?

Start with infrared: 1.7-2.4 kW, no supply upgrade needed, fitted within a day or two. A two-person dry sauna at 3.6 kW is the next step and wants 5,500 VA. Anything bigger, or a steam room, usually means pricing the PLN upgrade before anything else.
