Workshop in Balikpapan Selatan, working hours Monday to Saturday 08:00-18:00 WITA. Installation anywhere in the city carries no travel charge, while Samarinda, Tenggarong, Bontang, Penajam and Nusantara are quoted with travel and accommodation as separate lines. If you want to inspect panels, timber and heaters in person, book the workshop visit on WhatsApp beforehand; the crew spends most days on site. What happens after you send the enquiry
Within working hours we confirm the unit type, the location and the PLN rating or generator capacity, then ask for three or four photographs of the space and the distribution board.
From the photographs you receive an indicative band and a proposed survey date. Outside Balikpapan, the survey is folded into a planned visit.
A rendering of the unit in your space plus a line-by-line quote, with electrical work, freight and travel shown separately rather than bundled.
Fifty per cent releases fabrication, a second payment falls due when panels are ready, then installation, commissioning and handover with the two-year warranty.
