Book a sauna survey in Balikpapan, Samarinda or IKN
Send your location, a room photo and your PLN or generator rating by WhatsApp or the form below; during working hours Monday to Saturday we reply and book a free survey.
Monday-Saturday, 08:00-18:00 WITA
The workshop is in Balikpapan Selatan, staffed Monday to Saturday, 08:00-18:00 WITA. Anywhere inside the city, installation carries no travel fee; Samarinda, Tenggarong, Bontang, Penajam and Nusantara each get travel and accommodation quoted as their own line. Want to see the panels, timber and heaters before you commit? Line up a workshop visit on WhatsApp first, since the crew is out on site most days. Rupiah ranges sit on the price page, and full specs on the product pages.
What happens once your message lands
We'll confirm the unit type, the location, and your PLN rating or genset capacity, then ask for three or four photos of the space and the distribution board.
The photos are enough for an indicative price band and a proposed date for the survey. Outside Balikpapan, that survey rides along with a planned trip.
You get a visual of the unit sitting in your actual space, plus every cost on its own line — wiring, freight and travel shown separately, never bundled in.
Half down starts fabrication, the second payment falls due when the panels are ready, then it's installation, commissioning and handover under the two-year warranty.

Tell us the room size and the power supply — a quote comes back within one to two working days
A room measurement and your PLN number or genset size get the process started; the compound or district helps too. Photos can follow later, over WhatsApp.
