How does a modular sauna Balikpapan unit come apart?

Sizes, power and what suits a 5,500-7,700 VA house

Modular units run from 1.2x1.2 m for one person to 2x2 m for four, with heaters of 3 to 6 kW. A 3 to 3.6 kW unit sits comfortably inside 5,500 VA; a 6 kW unit needs 7,700 VA and is the usual choice in the compounds, where that rating is already installed. Where a house sits below 5,500 VA the PLN upgrade is priced first and paid by the owner, because a modular sauna cannot conjure capacity that is not there. Because the connection is a plug, moving the unit between houses of different rating is a matter of checking the board, not rebuilding the circuit.

We still specify the electrics properly: dedicated breaker, 30 mA ELCB, SiHF cable to the connector. Where the compound has a standby generator, the same soft-start and restart-delay logic applies as on a permanent cabin, since a generator does not care whether the load is demountable.

Where a modular sauna fits: compounds, apartments and project sites

Three situations account for most of these orders.
