Who builds your unit, and how the work is organised

One project manager carries a job from the first WhatsApp message to the signed handover, so the person who answers your enquiry is the person who runs the commissioning. Behind them sit two trades: carpenters who build sandwich panels and plunge tubs every working day, and an electrician who handles heater and chiller circuits, protection and generator integration. Nothing is subcontracted to a crew that has not built one of our units before.

Because the workshop is in Balikpapan Selatan rather than in Java, panels arrive at site by truck on installation day. That removes crating, port waiting and the airfares that appear on quotes from off-island suppliers, and it means a warranty call is answered by the same crew within days.

The technical standards we hold to

• Stated working ranges: dry sauna 70-90 degrees at 10-20 per cent humidity, steam room 40-45 degrees near saturation, infrared 45-60 degrees, cold plunge 3-15 degrees.
• Wall build-up in a fixed order: frame, 50 mm rockwool, aluminium foil vapour barrier, 20 mm ventilation cavity, cedar or thermowood.
• Linings in western red cedar, Scandinavian spruce or thermowood; benches in aspen or abachi; ulin and bengkirai reserved for external decking.
• Every unit wired with SiHF cable, a dedicated breaker and a 30 mA ELCB, with generator soft starts and restart delays where a standby set exists.
• Plunge chillers with titanium exchangers within roughly two kilometres of the coast, and filtration with ozone or ultraviolet.
• Free survey, visualisation before quoting, 50 per cent deposit, commissioning with the client present, two-year structural warranty and an annual service option.

We also decline work: outdoor cabins without a roof, local hardwood as internal lining, and heaters hung off a household circuit without their own protection. Specifications are set out on the solutions pages.

Coverage, hours and the clients we build for

The workshop and office are in Balikpapan Selatan, open Monday to Saturday 08:00-18:00 WITA, with WhatsApp messages outside those hours answered the next working morning. Every district of the city is covered without a travel charge. Samarinda, Tenggarong and Bontang are reached by the toll road, Nusantara and Penajam via the Pulau Balang bridge or the ferry, with travel and accommodation stated separately in the quote.

Our client base divides into three: expatriate households and local professionals in the compounds, facilities managers at energy and mining companies specifying recovery space for rotation crews, and hotels positioning themselves for the traffic that the new capital is generating.
