One manager, two trades, no outside crews

A single project manager stays on a job from your first WhatsApp message through to the signed-off handover, so whoever answers your message is also the one running commissioning day. Behind that person are two trades: carpenters building sandwich panels and plunge tubs as their daily work, and an electrician handling heater and chiller circuits, protection and generator integration. We don't hand fabrication or install to a crew that hasn't already built one of our own units.

Being based in Balikpapan Selatan instead of shipping in from Java means panels reach site by truck on the day of installation — no crating, no port delays, none of the flight costs that show up in quotes from off-island suppliers. It also means the same crew that installed your unit answers the warranty call within days, not weeks.

What doesn't move, whatever the budget

• Operating ranges are fixed: dry sauna 70-90 degrees at 10-20 per cent humidity, steam room 40-45 degrees near saturation, infrared 45-60 degrees, cold plunge 3-15 degrees.
• The wall build-up follows one sequence every time: frame, 50 mm rockwool, aluminium foil vapour barrier, 20 mm ventilated cavity, then cedar or thermowood.
• Cabin timber is limited to three species, red cedar, spruce and thermowood, with aspen or abachi for the seats; ulin and bengkirai only ever go on the deck outside.
• Every unit gets SiHF cable, its own breaker and a 30 mA ELCB, plus generator soft starts and restart delays wherever a standby set is in the picture.
• Plunge chillers within roughly two kilometres of the coast get titanium exchangers as standard, alongside ozone or ultraviolet filtration.
• The sequence is always free survey, visual before any quote, 50 per cent deposit, commissioning with you present, a two-year structural warranty and an optional annual service.

Some jobs we turn down: an outdoor cabin with no roof over it, local hardwood used as internal lining, or a heater wired straight off a household circuit with no protection of its own. Full specifications sit on the product pages.

Where we work, when we're open, and who's calling

Office and workshop share the same Balikpapan Selatan address, open Monday to Saturday 08:00-18:00 WITA; a WhatsApp message outside those hours gets answered the next working morning. Every part of the city is covered at no travel charge. Samarinda, Tenggarong and Bontang are a toll-road drive away, Nusantara and Penajam reached over the Pulau Balang bridge or by ferry, with travel and accommodation itemised on their own in the quote.

Three groups make up most of our client list: expat households and local professionals living in the compounds, facilities managers at energy and mining companies putting together recovery space for rotation crews, and hotels positioning for the traffic that's building up around the new capital.
